    As I’ve been working my way through this cook book, every recipe has been SO GOOD! But my favorite part is how easy it makes it to make an easy and healthy lunch the next day. I have long considered myself to be an adventurous eater, but following Megan has taught me that I am not very adventurous when it comes to breakfast. I love that these suggested breakfasts help me to branch out. Additionally, these heart breakfasts help me to feel more satiated throughout the day.
