I started Megan Jane’s Plate to share a little more of myself and my knowledge with the world. As a Registered Dietitian, mom, and foodie, I know the importance of food and also the struggles. I want to help you improve your eating habits, learn, and most importantly, enjoy your food.
I became a dietitian because I love food and science, but what I didn’t realize is that nutrition is more than just numbers, equations, and culinary skills. Nutrition is about connection. Connecting with the world, yourself and others. With nearly a decade of experience in the industry, I know how to help you sift through the noise and find a nutrition plan that works for you and allows flexibility and connection.
