When I signed up for the Positive Plate program, my primary goal was to learn more about nutrition generally and hopefully build some positive eating habits. The program far exceeded my expectations. The content Megan provided was chock-full of useful information, but easy to follow and absorb. The content was reinforced through our weekly discussions and written follow up in a way that helped me track my progress and develop positive routines that worked for me individually. I highly recommend the program for people who truly want to learn more about what they are eating and how to improve their eating habits.
