When I talk about the program to my friends, they can’t believe that working with a nutritionist isn’t about what we have to eliminate foods from our diet, rather focusing on what can we add! Megan breaks down nutrition in to ‘digestible chunks’ so we can understand the importance of micro and macronutrients.
