The Positive Plate Program equipped me with the knowledge and skills to have a better relationship with food. Megan presented a wonderful program that gives tools and guidelines that allowed me to change my diet so that my body functions better on a daily basis. I now have a much more plentiful diet and am no longer left hungry between meals and snacks because I know how to structure them for success. I am a lot more confident in the choices I make and not so hard on myself when I don’t do things “perfectly”.
