I really liked the program overall. It broke down a lot of information into small, understandable segments. I didn’t think I would like the slow pace at first, but I ended up really liking that we were adding small things each week to improve our habits. I felt like it is a more sustainable program than many of the diets I’ve tried over the years. Also actually learning about nutrition was very helpful for me. I have always been on some sort of diet without knowing much about nutrition, so it was refreshing and helpful to actually learn about what my body needs. It is not a diet, it’s a healthy way of life. I would highly recommend it to my friends.
