This program has made me WANT to eat better because it has helped me understand the WHY we need to eat healthy. I am more aware of the kinds of food I eat and the foods I keep in the house. I love the thought that food is not the enemy, and this course has taught me how to have a good relationship with food in all it’s varieties, and that no food is “good” or “bad”. Thank you. It has been such a helpful course!
