I loved this program and would recommend it to anyone struggling with the chaos of what is “healthy” and the “diets” thrown at us constantly. I feel much more confident and relaxed about making healthy food choices. I’ve spent years doing restrictive diets and it led to a very chaotic and unhealthy relationship with food. This is the first time in years that I am not “dieting” but instead focusing on small sustainable steps. I love the knowledge this provided me. I am grateful for my perspective shift, which will hopefully help me teach my daughter a healthy relationship with food and her body.
