Better Relationship With Food

I learned so much in a short amount of time! I learned how to be less judgmental and to find ways to improve instead of beating myself up over one choice. It really taught me to have a better relationship with food. It helped me to pay better attention to how I was feeling my body and its response. It has helped me learn to make better choices but to still enjoy foods i like.It taught me that by adding better choices (such as fruits, veggies, protein, etc) my body could find balance between what I was already eating and healthier options. It didn’t make me feel guilty and constantly had me re-evaluating to make better choices for the future. I have gained so much and not only has it helped me, but it has also helped those around me.
