Carrot and Butterscotch Oatmeal

- 1/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup milk or milk substitute
- 1 teaspoon flax meal
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butterscotch chips
Mix the oats, milk, flax, and carrots together.
Microwave for 1:30 minutes then add chips and cinnamon and stir until chips are melted. Sprinkle with a little salt if desired.
