A quick and easy fall breakfast. I use milk for the added protein and added pumpkin for the added healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1:30 and enjoy!
