Parmesan Baked Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon parmesan cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  • Pour onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  • Flip the Brussels sprouts and bake another 5 minutes.
