Parmesan Baked Brussels Sprouts

- 3 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon parmesan cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Pour onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Flip the Brussels sprouts and bake another 5 minutes.
